NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ovid Town Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday June 12, 2013 at the Town Office in the Ovid Municipal Building, Main Street, Ovid, N. Y.  on a Land Use Permit variance for a property located at 7981 Co Rd 153, in the Town of Ovid, Tax map # 21-1-27 in regards to lot size. 

Said permit application has been filed with the Town Clerk and may be viewed at the Town Clerk’s office in Ovid during regular business hours prior to the public hearing.  

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, at the aforementioned time and place, all interested residents 
will be afforded an opportunity to make oral comments, submit written comments, or be
represented by an agent or in person.
